Payment
Quest Family Therapy is private pay with payment due at the time of service. Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. Credit Card payments are processed through Square; most payments will incur a 2% service fee. We offer optional prepaid packages of sessions for discounted rates. Reduced fee services may be available on a limited basis. Please inquire with our office using the contact info below for more information on becoming a client with Quest Family Therapy.
Insurance
Although we are not on any insurance service panels, services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
We will supply receipts for your sessions that you may use for reimbursement by your insurance company if you are covered for treatment by an outside provider. In rare cases a single case agreement may be possible with an HMO
insurance company.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified our office or your therapist at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
